During our month-long program, you'll embark on a transformative journey towards your health goals.

Here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

1. Education: Gain a deep understanding of the benefits of whole, plant-predominant nutrition, and how it positively impacts your health. Our physicians will empower you with knowledge and provide you with helpful resources to ensure lasting success. Plant Docs™ share nutrition education, delicious plant-based recipes, cooking instruction, education on shopping, label reading, and guidance on how to incorporate more whole-food, plant-based eating.  The program includes an evaluation of your bloodwork before and after (cost of bloodwork not included), and a personal consultation with one of the Plant Docs.

 
2. Meal Plans: Say goodbye to confusion and hello to delicious, nutritious meals. Our program includes customized meal plans tailored to your dietary preferences. You'll never feel deprived as you savor a wide array of mouthwatering dishes.


3. Supportive Community: Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who are also on a path to vibrant health. Our program provides a supportive community where you can connect, share experiences, and uplift each other.


4. Regular Check-Ins: Our physicians will regularly monitor your progress, offering guidance and adjustments to ensure you're on track.

THE DETAILS

OUR ONE MONTH PROGRAM INCLUDES:


  • 3 group sessions with the Plant Docs either in person at Plant City Cellar (limit 20 people) OR virtually via Zoom (limit 20 people)

  • 2 Zoom Cooking classes to learn new ingredients & cooking techniques

  • Assessment of before and after blood work so you can see the impact of eating plant-based (cost of blood work not included). We request labs that screen for cholesterol, diabetes, fatty liver disease, and inflammation.

  • A Shop With A Doc, live or remote at a supermarket

  • Weekly meditation/mindfulness techniques for stress reduction

  • Opportunity to engage in a private exercise class or join the Walk With A Doc

  • A virtual Plant Docs consultation after the program to go over blood work and discuss future health goals

  • Lots of recipes & resources

  • Support from the Plant Docs & all your co-participants!
